Eelishe has 15 years’ experience in the mortgage loan business. She specialize in home loans all across California for all types of residential properties. She’s experienced in FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse Mortgage, CalVet and Jumbo loans.
Valerie has a unique advantage as a Realtor: with over 15 years of tax experience, she helps buyers fully understand the benefits of becoming a homeowner and sellers to plan for the best strategy to minimize tax on the their gain. She’s committed to her clients and sustains incredible satisfaction with all. She recently improved and completed her system of listing properties, which now provides service even faster than before. Her goal is to get her sellers top dollar for their home in the shortest time possible and is determined to meet the needs of every client.
Beyond her commitment as a Realtor, Valerie participates in several organizations. She’s a member of the Chino Valley Lions Club, President of TEAM Chino Hills Lunch and on the Women’s Ministry Committee at Chino Valley Community Church. Her dedication is reflected in her love for the city she lives in. “I want to continue to make Chino Hills the most desirable place to live in the Inland Gateway; this has to start at home and spread outward.”
